Tony's art was first discovered when he "redesigned" some AD&D monsters for the new Compendiums. The Orc, Gnoll, Hobgoblin, Basilisk, Dryad, Gargoyle, Halfling, Kobold, Lycanthropes, Medusa, Ogre, Sahuagin, Salamanders, Treants, Golems, Troglodyte and the legendary Tarrasque, were some of the creatures that he revamped. Then, his work for the Planescape Monstrous Appendix and all the Planescape campaign setting made him very popular among RPG fans.
